Hayle Academy, situated at 3 High Lanes in Cornwall's coastal town of Hayle (TR27 4DN), is a coeducational secondary school with a rich educational heritage having been established in September 1957. Initially named Hayle County Secondary Modern School, the school converted to academy status in November 2017 and became known as Hayle Academy, now sponsored by the Truro & Penwith Academy Trust.

The school caters to students aged 11 to 16 and currently enrolls around 514 pupils. Hayle Academy has a capacity of 769, offering GCSEs and BTECs as two key programs of study for its students. As of January 2021, the school is led by Head Teacher Jan Woodhouse.
