Elements Primary School has been inspected for the first time since opening in September 2018, and it has been rated overall as Good. The school is dedicated to encouraging pupils to strive for excellence and to become 'world-changers', with a curriculum designed to broaden their horizons and ambitions. Pupils exhibit positive behavior and display respect for their peers and adults. The school has developed strong reading and mathematics programs, while also providing a range of extracurricular activities that enrich pupils' educational experiences. However, the inspection identified areas for improvement, particularly in the clarity of the curriculum for some foundation subjects and the support offered to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). While the leaders are committed to the school’s vision and are supported by their trust, there are gaps in knowledge coverage in less structured activities and inconsistencies in guidance for SEND support, which need to be addressed to enhance the learning experience for all pupils.
