Inspectors found an exceptionally inclusive school where leaders identify needs quickly, work closely with families and experts, and tailor support precisely, including through alternative provision when appropriate. Personal development and wellbeing are also exceptional: pupils learn to understand and manage their barriers, benefit from counselling, coaching, mentoring and a wide enrichment offer, and are well prepared for adulthood.
