Etz Chaim Boys School is currently not meeting all independent school standards, particularly in the areas of education and the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of its students. Strengths
- Improvements have been made in the safeguarding recording systems, allowing leaders to effectively track concerns.
- The implementation of a health and safety management system has resulted in a safer school environment.
- Cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation areas have significantly improved.
Areas for Improvement
- The curriculum continues to lack comprehensive coverage of all protected characteristics, including sexual orientation and gender reassignment.
- Pupils are not sufficiently prepared for life in modern Britain due to deficiencies in the school's spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development programs.
- Reading support and resources for younger pupils remain underdeveloped.
