The school's leadership has successfully created a nurturing environment that facilitates the development of positive relationships among students from diverse backgrounds. Most students show high levels of motivation, mature behavior, and commendable safety awareness, which contribute to their overall good progress and outcomes. Notably, the school has continued to maintain high A-level results, with a significant proportion of students achieving top grades, paving their way to university placements. However, there is a concern regarding the progress of certain students, particularly those with special educational needs and/or disabilities. These students do not consistently achieve at the expected rates across all subjects, which highlights the need for further improvements in the quality of teaching and learning.
