Core Training and Development limited

Core Training and Development has shown some improvement since its previous inspection, where it was rated inadequate. Currently, the school is assessed as requiring improvement overall, particularly in the quality of education and leadership. The school provides bespoke support as an alternative provision for pupils at risk of exclusion, making significant strides in helping pupils manage their emotions and behaviours. Notably, pupils form positive relationships with staff, and attendance has improved for almost all students. However, there are inconsistencies in the delivery of the curriculum and the effectiveness of teaching strategies, affecting pupils' long-term learning outcomes.
