Wilds Lodge School is performing well overall, achieving a 'Good' rating across all areas assessed. The school provides a supportive environment where most pupils feel valued and motivated to learn. With a broad curriculum that addresses both academic and personal development, pupils engage positively with their education and make significant progress, particularly in subjects like PSHE, English, and mathematics. However, parents have mixed opinions about some recent changes, and there are challenges in ensuring consistent implementation across all subjects and effective communication with parents regarding these changes. The school has made strides in supporting pupils with additional needs, thanks to strong therapeutic provisions and effective identification processes. Nevertheless, areas for development include the need for improved long-term assessment methods to better understand pupils' learning and retention. Overall, while Wilds Lodge School has notable strengths, attention must be given to addressing concerns to maintain a positive community atmosphere.
