Brandlehow Primary School is a community school housed within an iconic building on Brandlehow Road, SW15 2ED, in Putney, London Borough of Wandsworth. Designed by renowned architect Ernő Goldfinger, the school building is listed at Grade II, making it a significant piece of modernist architecture. It was established in 1950 and opened in June 1952 by broadcaster Wilfred Pickles.

The school enrolls children from ages 3 to 11 and accommodates 305 students, with a capacity for 350. It is co-educational and falls under the governance of the Wandsworth local authority. Led by Headteacher Ellie Loughnan, Brandlehow Primary School provides education for approximately 450 students.

The building's design includes Goldfinger's innovative prefabricated reinforced concrete frame system, which distinguishes it as an example of mid-century British modern architecture. The layout includes an assembly hall with full-height windows and classrooms that incorporate a single-story brick building and a taller brick tower at the entrance. In 2005, an extension was added by Team 51.5° Architects using prefabricated techniques. The original school keeper's cottage was illegally demolished in 2007 and subsequently restored in 2013.

Brandlehow Primary School is surrounded by notable landmarks, situated on the east side of Brandlehow Road, south of Wandsworth Park and north of Putney and Wandsworth Town stations. The history of the site dates back to the early 20th century, with an originally three-story building that opened in February 1902 but was greatly damaged during World War Two bombings.

The school has a rich history and its Grade II listing ensures that its artistic and architectural significance will be preserved for future generations to enjoy.
