William Perkin Church of England High School, residing in the Greenford area of London, is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form that opened in 2013. The institution is sponsored by the Twyford Church of England Academies Trust and is a free school with a religious affiliation to the Church of England. The school's name honors scientist Sir William Perkin, an icon of the chemical industry and discoverer of the dye mauveine, who had a nearby factory; in recognition, the school features a mauve school uniform.

As of July 2017, an unfortunate event saw the passing of Karanbir Cheema, a 13-year-old student, following a severe allergic reaction at the school. A 13-year-old student who also attended the school was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, but charges were later dropped; Cheema's severe allergies to wheat, gluten, and several other foods were a key factor in his death, and the Coroner's inquest called for improvements in school allergy education and policy.

The school has hosted students who were relocated from Ada Lovelace Church of England High School, another Twyford Church of England academy, between September 2018 and the creation of a new school site for the Ada Lovelace students. As of the latest information, the school's website is accessible at http://www.williamperkin.org.uk/.
