Hearsall Community Academy demonstrates a strong overall performance with a good quality of education, behavior, and leadership. The school community is characterized by a positive atmosphere where pupils feel safe and valued. Staff are dedicated to the wellbeing and academic progress of the students, and the curriculum is well-organized in most subjects. However, there are plans underway to enhance the curriculum further, particularly in art and music, which currently lack effective sequencing. This is the first inspection for Hearsall as it operates as an academy, having converted from a primary school in 2017.
