Rushbrook Primary Academy has shown significant improvements since its previous inspection, moving from a grade of Requires Improvement to Good overall. The school fosters a warm and caring environment where pupils are happy, confident, and well-behaved. The leadership, supported by the Bright Futures Educational Trust, effectively drives learning across the curriculum, ensuring that all pupils, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), achieve well. The school promotes a strong understanding of British values, encouraging respect and inclusion among pupils. However, some inconsistencies in teachers' implementation of strategies to help students recall learning have been noted, which could hinder long-term retention of knowledge for some pupils.
