Oldbury Academy has made significant progress since its previous inspection and is now providing a good quality of education for its pupils. The school ensures a safe and orderly environment, which fosters positive behavior and engagement in learning. While there are strong expectations for pupil behavior and academic work, the curriculum's emphasis on reading could be improved as not enough pupils see its value. Overall, the commitment from leadership and staff is evident in their efforts to enhance both the educational experience and safeguarding measures for students.
