Larwood School provides a supportive and nurturing environment where pupils, particularly those with special educational needs, thrive. The school, which recently underwent its first inspection since the pandemic, has been judged overall as good, with outstanding behavior and attitudes. Pupils settle in quickly, thanks to the focused support they receive and the strong relationships they develop with staff. However, while the curriculum offers breadth, there are areas for improvement in clarity of learning targets which can occasionally hinder the pace of pupil progress.
